Job Description


Responsible for the overall day to day operation of answering phone calls, typing incoming orders, assist in warehouse,

assist in office for material receiving, paper work matching and filing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions via telephone, fax, electronic or face to face
  • Provide prompt customer service to customer orders, inquiries, quotes, discrepancies and complaints with follow-up either written or verbal
  • Order entry for orders, returns
  • Expedite emergency orders
  • Preparation of quotations
  • Order scheduling and tracking
  • Provide technical support
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Warranty administration
  • Core administration
  • Marketing functions as required
  • Cataloging as needed
  • Cycle counts and other inventory administrative functions as required
  • Warehouse functions as required — Shipping / Receiving

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • 3 — 5 years related work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to utilize computerized business management systems
  • Excellent written and oral communications, interpersonal skills, planning and the ability to monitor Activities according to priorities
  • Ability to train and direct subordinates to obtain optimum efficiency and rapid turnaround
  • Product knowledge
  • Ability to develop policies and procedures and their implementation
  • Ability to determine costs and operate department within budget
  • Familiarity with standard warranty policies, terms, and conditions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other departments
