Job Description

This position will be primarily responsible for crafting and executing talent acquisition strategy and initiatives for the company. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will partner with HR Business Partners and leaders throughout the company to source and assess the highest quality candidates. In addition to recruiting, this position will be responsible for leading or participating in other talent acquisition and HR strategic initiatives. 
Source and screen candidates for corporate (Store Support Center) positions and field positions throughout the U.S. and Canada
Create, implement, and manage a technical school recruiting program and military recruiting program
Source, implement, and manage an enterprise applicant tracking system
Develop sourcing best practices and scale them for use in local recruiting of nonexempt field positions
Create and champion unique talent acquisition strategies including referral programs and retention incentive plans
Manage external talent acquisition vendor relationships for the entire company, as needed
Manage and continue to enhance the candidate assessment process
Develop, maintain and communicate talent acquisition metrics
Develop and implement talent acquisition training modules for hiring managers
Identify and pursue opportunities to partner with HR colleagues to unify the talent acquisition strategy with other departmental objectives
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or equivalent experience required
5 to 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
1-3 years of internal corporate recruiting experience required
Experience using multiple applicant tracking systems required
Experience with candidate assessment tools preferred
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products, including Excel
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Understanding of the dynamics of Human Resources practices and confidentiality
Great written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Working knowledge of HR principles such as compensation, benefits, and employment law
