Job Description


The RegionalManager for TruckPro, LLC. drives results by working with the Regional Sales Manager and StoreManagers within a regional area which includes retail/service locations and workswith other TruckPro departments to contribute to successful performance. Withsignificant understanding of business operations, the Regional Manager is animportant member of the strategic and annual planning team for the specifiedarea and has influence on the region wide plans. In addition, this position isresponsible for the growth of the area through support of business developmentopportunities in existing and emerging markets. Analysis, development, anddeployment of initiatives in the assigned locations are also required.  **THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN THE METRO ATLANTA REGION**



  • Develops and recommends marketing strategies to promote stores and company
  • Responsible for attaining and exceeding financial goals for the stores inthe area with the ability to speak to financial performance at the store andleadership level. This includes supporting the development and deployment ofdata systems and financial reports that meet regional and corporate reporting requirements,and contributing to product and customer profitability analysis.
  • Manage the human capital of the assigned sites including but not limitedto ensuring compensation and payroll policies are followed, staffing levels aremanaged to budget, policy deployment support and other needs as defined; engagewith Human Resources to assist with hiring, termination, workers compensationclaims, and leaves of absence
  • Advises Sr. Leadership Team concerning issues related to group store operations
  • Contribute to annualand long-range planning forecasts in terms of area sales forecast, materialcosts, and inventory levels per product segment
  • Communicate all performance measures to Regional Sales Manager and StoreManagers on the defined basis; drive performance to meet and exceed goals asdefined
  • Ensure all safety policies are followed and PPE equipment is utilized
  • Ensure that all daily,weekly, and monthly financial requirements are completed as required; meetmonth end close and cut off requirements
  • Support theimplementation of approved corporate policies, practices, and procedures
  • Leads the integrationof locations, systems, processes and culture, as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned




  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a technical orbusiness-related field or equivalent




  • Eight years of experiencein operations or sales
  • Four years ofmanagement experience
  • Heavy duty industryexperience, preferred
  • 75% Travel Required



  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow with acute attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong inter-personal skills and proven abilities to be a team player in order to work in cross-functional teams across multiple departments and levels of the organization
