Job Description


The Human Resource Business Partner will beresponsible for supporting TruckPro providing astrategic partnership to support the business needs of leadership in one ormore assigned functional areas regarding talent management matters, includingperformance and change management, recruiting, learning and development,employee relations, compensation, conflict management, implementing HRstrategies and assisting with due diligence and integration efforts for theirassigned business unit on all M&A activity. 


  • Identifyingand diagnosing problems to drive solutions and alignment with culture, valuesand business needs
  • Developing,fostering and maintaining strong, productive working relationships 
  • Havinga hand in all facets of the business by building and maintaining anunderstanding of business strategy, key drivers and current issues to coach andinfluence leaders
  • Guidingleaders and associates through performance, change management andorganizational design initiatives
  • Collaboratingwith leaders to acquire and develop top talent from within the organization
  • Understandinghow human capital metrics play an integral part in our HR strategy anddeveloping solutions based on those metrics to drive business goals andobjectives 
  • Working1-on-1 with associates and management to meet needs and make a difference
  • Implementingand assessing the needs of associate training and development based on businessstrategy in order to help close gaps between current and future skill sets
  • Otherresponsibilities as directed



  • Bachelor's degree in BusinessManagement, Human Resources, or equivalent experience required
  • PHR, SPHR certified preferred but notrequired


  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant HR experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager


  • Ability to work independently and quickly assessand resolve issues, while translating complex information into understandableterms
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability toprioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively presentinformation and respond to queries in a clear and concise manner
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations in multi-states 
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products, advanced Excel skills desired
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication and analytical skills 
  • Strong inter-personal skills and proven abilities to be a team player in order to work in cross-functional teams, across multiple departments and levels of the organization 
  • Proven ability to work independently and autonomously in a fast paced, dynamic environment 
  • Experience working within ADP Workforce Now® preferred
