Job Description

Assistant Manager for CCC Parts (a division of TruckPro, LLC) will be responsible for assisting the manager with the overall daily operations of the warehouse. This position manages customer interactions via telephone, fax, electronic or face to face AND provides prompt customer service to customer orders, inquiries, quotes, discrepancies and complaints with follow-up either written or verbal.

Ideal Candidate:
• 3-5 years experience in customer service role
• Parts Knowledge (automotive and/or heavy duty truck)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to utilize computerized business management systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members and other departments
• Ability to effectively communicate (written and oral) along with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize in a fast pace environment
• Familiarity with standard warranty policies, terms, and conditions
