Job Description

SUMMARY:

This Administration position for TruckPro, LLC will be responsible for transactions relatingto store administration. This position will perform administrative tasks andother assigned tasks as needed.

PRIMARYDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Completedaily deposits and deliver to bank
  • Inventoryreceiving, matching and coding invoices
  • Administersaccounts payable/receivable functions
  • Processescredit applications with AR Department
  • Generatepick-tickets for orders to warehouse
  • Maintainpetty cash and special refund accounts
  • Inquireas to customer needs as related to additional sales, services, etc.
  • Utilizemarketing materials (i.e. tabloids, etc.)
  • Recordsales and deliveries information on daily sales or delivery records
  • Performother assigned tasks/responsibilities, as needed

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATES/LICENSES:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • Oneyear of related experience is required

 

SKILLS& ABILITIES:

  • Displayhelpful, courteous attitude toward customers and co-workers
  • Good oral and written communication skills
