Job Description

SUMMARY: 

This position will be responsible for transactions relating to store administration. This position will perform administrative tasks and other assigned tasks as needed. 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete daily deposits and deliver to bank
  • Inventory receiving, matching and coding invoices
  • Administers accounts payable/receivable functions 
  • Processes credit applications with AR Department 
  • Generate pick-tickets for orders to warehouse
  • Maintain petty cash and special refund accounts 
  • Inquire as to customer needs as related to additional sales, services, etc.
  • Utilize marketing materials (i.e. tabloids, etc.)
  • Record sales and deliveries information on daily sales or delivery records
  • Perform other assigned tasks/responsibilities, as needed

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATES/LICENSES:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:

  • One year of related experience is required 

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Display helpful, courteous attitude toward customers and co-workers
  • Good oral and written communication skills
